Terms and Conditions


1.1 Products listed on the following pages ‘Events’, ‘Weddings’, ‘Corporate’, ‘Funerals’ listed within this website (Which may vary and are likely to change) are available in Bethnal Green, London, United Kingdom.
1.2 All products are subject to availability. In the event of problems in getting supplies for example weather conditions affecting the availability of a certain plant. Here at Siansah’s we reserve the right to then substitute an individual product for another. Where the product substitute is likely to be equivalent in both value and quality.
1.3 If we are unable to supply the product nor able to substitute it with something of equivalent value and quality. We will notify the customer within a reasonable time frame and reimburse any payments that may have been made.


2.1 Any prices listed or given are valid for a maximum of only 15 days from the submission of an order. After the 15 day period, prices could be subject to change.


3.1 Our delivery service is available to those only with the E1 and E2 postcodes and is subject to a minimum spend of at least £30. Spending below the minimum of £30 will result in an additional £10 delivery fee.
3.2 Upon order acceptance a delivery time will either be set at the time or a member of our team will be then in touch to confirm a time and date for delivery. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays
3.3 Failure to provide correct delivery information will inevitably lead to major delays in delivery time. Please ensure you provide us with as much delivery and information so communication can be kept until delivery has been taken. We cannot be held liable for where incorrect information has been given thus causing a delay in delivery time.
3.4 Whilst we do agree to ensure deliveries will be made on the requested delivery date. It is possible in some occasions whereby delivery on a certain date may not be possible due to unforeseen circumstances. In such case we will contact and inform the customer within reasonable time and rearrange the delivery dates.
3.5 When delivering to places where third parties may be involved such as offices, hospitals and other corporate areas. Unless told otherwise the signature of any individual authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the company/organisation will always be accepted as proof of delivery and prove sufficient.
3.6 We cannot accept responsibility where goods for delivery have been refused or turned down. If the recipient is not in at the time we will leave the goods with an imminent neighbour or leave a note for recipient asking them to contact us.
3.7 Whilst we try to deliver goods to customers on a time provided we cannot be held responsible for goods being delivered later or earlier then the designated time.
3.8 If difficulties are encountered trying to deliver goods to an intended recipient we reserve the right to make contact with them if contact details were provided.


4.1 We reserve the right to amend or cancel orders 24 hours before the intended delivery date.
4.2 if wanting to amend or cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible via email, phone or in store.
4.3 Customers are entitle to cancel a payment at any time where fraudulent use of their credit/debit care has been made. We may also reaccredit funds to the customer although only where sums have not been reimbursed by the card issuer themselves.


4.1 We reserve the right to completely amend and change our terms of conditions at any time and are effective 6 hours after being inserted. It is then the viewer/customers responsibility to review the terms and conditions accordingly (ideally each time the site is visited)
4.2 We reserve the right to suspend and or terminate access to our site at any given time
4.3 We shall ensure any data given/held is protected under data protection act 1998 and shall only make use of any personal information when fulfilling our obligations under these terms and conditions
